This guide was produced by Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). It provides information for attorneys representing parents in Hague Abduction Convention (Convention) cases in the United States. The guide can be located here: https://www.missingkids.org/gethelpnow/support/legalresources
At the time of its publication, NCMEC handled incoming abduction cases. On April 1, 2008, the Department of State resumed handling incoming Convention cases.
