• Hague Convention Attorney Network: The Department of State administers an all-volunteer network of attorneys called the Hague Convention Attorney Network.  The attorneys within the Hague Convention Attorney Network provide pro bono and reduced-fee legal representation to qualified low-income applicants in international parental child abduction cases to the United States from Hague Convention countries.
