The International Child Abduction Prevention and Return Act (ICAPRA) requires the Department to submit an Annual Report on International Child Abduction to Congress by April 30. Later in the year, the Department will also submit an Action Report to Congress. It will cover the actions taken towards countries found to have engaged in a pattern of noncompliance.
